Cook County board meetings on the web?

I look forward to this. Some might say there ought to be some sunshine onto the functions of that body. They've been getting more attention than ever in recent memory.

Clout St:
Those fighting insomnia will be glad to know that they will soon be able to watch video of entire Cook County Board meetings.

The first soon will show up on the county's web page as soon as Friday, board secretary Matthew DeLeon announced Wednesday.

The end goal, DeLeon said, is to one day stream the meetings live.
I wonder what kind of votes we might be able to witness. During the summer if one watched the live city council feed online saw Alderman vote in favor of allowing the Chicago Children's Museum to build their museum in Grant Park. I can imagine the uproar when county commissioners vote on another tax increase. Can you imagine what it would have been if the current sales tax debate and vote was seen steamed live?
