CAPCC: Chatham vocabulary.

This is for in case you didn't know the proper terminology for the neighborhood. To be sure however, they should further define the term "Chatham perimeter". Does that include the commercial areas along Cottage Grove?

    Yes, the Chatham perimeter DOES include the commercial strip along Cottage Grove from 75th to 87th streets.
