The New Park Manor Inc
This business license info was on our Blotter page yesterday. I wasn't sure what this was exactly so I decided to drive by and the approximate location for this place (it was located at the intersection of Michigan and 75th) contained a bowling alley. So that "public place of amusment" is a long time business and has been seen on EveryBlock before almost every year for a license renewal.

Park Manor Bowl has had licensing problems for a number of years. The problems arose when the new owner was identified as being related to the owner of Happy's Liquors or 79th Cottage Grove. Also, when the change of ownership took place the church across the street challenged the liquor license and won.
ReplyDeleteThe future of Park Manor Bowl is questionable. Although bowling is seeing a renewed interest newer more modern centers are getting that business.
