Elgie Sims is sworn in as State Representative

State Rep. Elgie Sims

“I am honored and humbled to have been chosen to complete the term of Representative Howard, who has done so much for Illinois,” Sims told “There are issues going on in ‘our’ community that needs to be addressed immediately. Those issues are drugs, crime and better education for ‘our’ children.”
