Announced on Friday 488 new cases with 8 new deaths. Also Bureau, Henry, and Iroquois counties are now reporting cases. That makes 40 of Illinois' 102 counties. As far as the 8 new deaths no information on their location was given and as of Friday we have 3,026 cases with 34 deaths statewide.
I'm contrasting this with the 673 new cases reported on Thursday.
