How nice of this little budding graffiti artist to offer their nonsensical rant on equipment owned by the City of Chicago right here at the intersection of 95th and King Drive. Who knows this marking had to of been written here long before I showed up here one Monday afternoon.Hmm, I keep getting people's cars into my pics!
