Judge tosses suit challenging city cell phone driving ban
If you want to talk on your cellphone while driving on the streets of Chicago you're bound to be disappointed by this news. By talking on your cellphone I'm talking about the phone itselt you can't talk on your Nokia, Razr, or Blackberry while driving. Of course you should use a headset, a bluetooth headset should work.
