A judge in Chicago says something must be done to address inaccurate language on the November ballot in Illinois, and he's slated to hear possible solutions later in the day.
Earlier this week, Judge Nathaniel Howse ruled that the wording of a referendum on whether Illinois should hold a constitutional convention was misleading. He ordered election officials to return to court with ways to address the problem.
Meanwhile, Howse has placed a stay on the mailing of military and absentee ballots.
