CTA fare options: To save dollars use sense
This Tribune article is suggesting that riders should take advantage of CTA's 30 day pass instead of continuing to shell out cash for fares. Who knows if the CTA had never eliminated the 20% for every $20 used on a Chicago Card it could have made a difference. Even in this current economic climate.
