Old Dan Ryan line photos found on Flickr
The following photographs were found on Flick posted by davidwilson1949 of scenes of the CTA Dan Ryan line (now we call it the Red Line) taken in March 1970.
Finally! I know this is outside of the current boundaries of the ward, but here's a scene below from 63rd Street.
It's interesting to look at the Dan Ryan line when it was practically brand new and before these stations got work done in the last decade or so!
