This is for a condo complex at 80th & Vernon. Several of these homes are going up for auction at potentially very cheap prices. I haven't had a chance to see the inside.
However, this is an opportunity for
someone to buy.The neighborhood is a good one, very safe. You would be near the library, the King Drive & 79th street buses, among other amenities.
It's certainly at the expense of several people, but continued vancancies can't help the situation either (certainly not the condo association).
We have a number of foreclosures in the Chatham area, and the quicker we can turn these over the better for everyone.Let us know your thoughts...

This is a classic Chatham multiunit. The downside to most of these buildings is that most of the units are small and one bedroom with no parking.
