Is it my eyesight or is 79th Street too dark at night?
As the sun sets. 79th Street starts to become extremely dark. Although there are street lights, they are not emitting enough light to brighten up the landscape. Is this detering individuals from shopping on 79th during the evenings? We have seen one casualty already "Little Ceasar's Pizza". Is this why the "green" building lays vacant? Why doesn't 79th street have the street level light that 71st, and 83rd streets have?
