Genesis Housing Development Corporation (GHDC) announces the expansion of its HUD/FHA certified home ownership and foreclosure prevention programs.

GHDC is a not-for-profit housing counseling agency with 13 years of community development experience. We are assisting homeowners by helping them get loan modifications, get a court mediation session and understand the foreclosure process.

There is no charge for HUD certified housing counseling.

Call us for more information about the Circuit Court of Cook County Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program and NeighborWorks America National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program to schedule a counseling appointment usually within one week or less.
