- Heartland Alliance Health has opened a new healthcare center at the corner of Halsted and
Garfield. On Friday, July 20, 2018 come check it out at their Heartland Alliance Englewood Health Center Grand opening
celebration.
This organization has worked hard to build a health center that will address many of the health- related issues people in the community often face - including primary medical, substance use treatment, mental health/psychiatry, insurance assistance, medical case management, specialty referral care, and chronic disease management including HIV/AIDS care. Walk-ins are welcome. EVERYONE is welcome.
