This happened at 1:20PM in the afternoon apparently. I would expect this in any of the neighborhood stations around the system, but never downtown in the early afternoon. Perhaps that WBBM vid was correct, the L system isn't very safe.
Instead of banning aluminum bats and texting while driving the city council can address safety concerns on the L.
