As per a court ruling the original ballot question on November ballot was thrown out. If you go to the Chicago Board of Elections website you will see underlined Attention Voters. It will be just under Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrars.
Under Attention Voters will be a link to this notice that should be handed to you when you go to your respective polling places on November 4th. Here's the link to the notice itself.
