Celebrating the life of Vernie Joseph French, Sr

One of the last videos of Chatham and other areas of Chicago's 6th Ward from YoChicago. These videos were posted at YouTube last year and in this vid we witness a funeral at a neighorhood chuch St. Clotide.

    Jonnie Mae & Vernie French Sr. were two of the sweetest and most unforgettable people I have ever known. You both opened you hearts and you home to me, and I will never forget either of you. I still remember the day he Vernie played the piano for me at his home in Chicago.
    May you both Rest in Peace.
