Another Chatham neighborhood house with a fence extended all the way to the curb on an adjacent street. I suppose it's protecting the lawn, but of course it doesn't affect people who are only using the sidewalk. This is one of YoChicago's Flickr pictures which asks who do you have to be in order to get away with a fence like this?

House of Clout on 83rd Street
Another Chatham neighborhood house with a fence extended all the way to the curb on an adjacent street.
