You may have seen ads for Food4Less in you local shopping paper.
Well, there's one coming to West Chatham Ridge Shopping Center, next to Marshall's (near the Home Depot & Movie Theaters).
Chicago Real Estate Daily has an article on the new grocer.
The space formerly held a Cub Food.
(OK, it's not 6th Ward, but if you shop at the Jewel's or go to the movies or make purchases at the 87th Drive Thru Market...it close enough!)

Not bad, as you will basically be getting a Kroeger, the "Jewel-Osco" of Ohio, Indianapolis, and Peoria. The fresh fruits and vegetables were decent at the 29th/Cicero location.

This is not far from me, that spot was vacant for awhile and Bernie Mac was shooting from there afew years ago, i think it is great I will be sure to shop there I hope it opens early in the morning so I can shop in peace.
