This is a wonder feature. How can kids concentrate on their studies with crime suffucating them everday. This is not normal, for the kids, the staff or the community. Why doesn't the principal reach out to the community for help, answers, mentoring students, etc. It takes a village and the village is surrounding Harlan; we're not hiding.
