The City Council, for no apparent reason, puts TIF transparency on hold
Remember that post I did last month soliciting for e-mails to be sent by city residents announcing their support for TIF transparency? Well Clout City offers an update on that proposal. The main Aldermen spearheading this effort Scott Waugespack & Manny Flores still expect a version of their proposal to pass this city council but disappointed that their original proposal was tabled without a vote.
