Community Alert Issued After S. Side Homicide

Police have issued a community alert in an effort to find two offenders wanted in a Friday afternoon shooting that killed a 19-year-old man and critically injured an 18-year-old on the South Side.

The shooting occurred in the 7900 block of South King Drive about 3:15 p.m., according to police News Affairs.

Police said two offenders emerged from an alley after jumping out a vehicle and fired multiple shots at the two victims.
As already stated one of the shooting victims a 19-yr-old named William Crawford was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn but the other victim however:
The 18-year-old man was taken to Stroger Hospital of Cook County and was initially listed in serious condition, according to police, who said the man was in critical condition on Sunday.
Who are the police looking for?
Police are seeking a black man between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 with a stocky build, dreadlocks, black hair and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue pants. The other offender is described as a 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 black man with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants, according to a Calumet Area Community Alert issued Sunday morning.
