JP's business dream...and reality

This is a view of 213-203 E. 79th Street. Several businesses have closed over the past year, from the Jack &; Jill daycare, to the fast food place, and most recently, the Instant Tax Service (which is weird, right in the middle of the Tax season!)
My dream, if I had a couple million to spend on these properties, would be this:
Demolish the white building (which has abusiness which could be moved) & replace it with a 2-3 story structure; Use the middle buildings, at least the facade, as a nice entry way (possibly outdoor garden area in the back, and/or parking), and demolish the 2 lots of Jack & Jill for parking.

The reality: A beauty shop is going to open in one of those middle buildings. I spoke with the owner, and he is hoping to open next week.
I wish him the best, and encourage our readers check it out.
But I would also encourage those with bigger bucks & vision to consider buying ALL the properties, and developing some much more grand that the deteriorating buildings that are there now. And if the beauty salon is doing well, do your best to keep it running while doing construction, and find a home close by if the building needs to be worked on.
