Empty! Multimillion Dollar Renovation
Mr Hall, the owner of this building, at 79th Champlain(former Clara Muhammed School building), purchased it at the begging of the community and promises of businesses to lease space from him. A year later and millions of dollars no serious takers. This is the "greenest" building in Chatham? What kind of business would you like Mr. Hall to solicit?
