There's more to crime than section 8 people moving into a neighborhood. There are those on section 8 who are decent people and then there are those who bring criminality with them. On top of that if they do bring criminality with them they may feud against those criminals who are already there. It may not be the simple I know, but I don't think Section 8 has anything to do with it.
