Tribune:
A 24-year-old man was shot and killed outside a store this morning in the South Side's Chatham neighborhood, police said.This incident was also noted on the CAPCC blog in a post published this morning.
Officers responded about 10 a.m. to a call of a person shot near 79th Street and St. Lawrence Avenue, said Chicago Police Officer John Mirabelli.
The man was identified as Bobby Shine, 24, according to a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office. The spokesman did not have a home address for the the victim.
