FAFSA Workshop for Seniors at Harlan on Jan. 11, 2011

I could've used this years ago when I was a senior. There was very little clue on my part about federal financial aid (such as grants or student loans) or other forms of financial aid. I know this event is about filling out the FAFSA, but hopefully there are events for getting scholarships and information for students about borrowing money for school. The way college tuition is going up, today's high school senior needs a run-down of college financing.

Having to consider these things are intimidating, but hopefully the ones who are very serious will do what they need to do to get in school. Also the ones who are serious will surely be the ones who will attend this event. May the finances work out for them.
