Yesterday, Gov. Pat Quinn
signed an education reform bill into law that is designed to make it more difficult for teachers to strike and make it easier for school districts to fire teachers. Today a
round-up at CapFax with regards to the new reform law, the aftermath, and the ever present issue of public school funding. It's worth a read!
