ReplyDeleteNow the madness starts. I have suggested to the Alderman's office that they institute an unofficial community calendar so this situation doesn't occur. The Aldermans creed is that there is "one" 6th ward and although his picnic will be going on he will attempt to attend as many of the day's event as possible.
ReplyDeleteI really don't feel like going off on someone else as I had to do on a GCA member about events on this day. All the events are IMPORTANT and the residents will choose what events they want to attend including the Alderman's picnic.
An unoffical community calednar is a great idea Worlee. They should execute it, hopefully they can know about all the events that are to take place within the ward.
