I'm sure many people who want to see teacher's union Prez Karen Lewis take on Mayor Rahm Emanuel next year for mayor would be disappointed that she's ill at the moment. Whether she gets in the race or not here's hoping she recovers from her serious illness.This has been news since Sunday and unfortunately all that has been reported is that she has a serious illness or she underwent surgery. In the meanwhile the work of her union continues under CTU's VP.
