The Daily Line (aka Aldertrack) where Dean Angelo - President of Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, the Chicago Police union - to discuss the reforms in the wake of the Justice Department probe. Offers this rather damning headline: "
The headline on the piece quotes Angelo as saying that Chicago police 'care about black lives more than most black politicians.'"
