Section 1370.This organization, founded by former hair care magnate Ed Gardner, was once located near 95th and Cottage Grove on the lot of the former House of Kicks (which was a former Gardner enterprise). Currently the home of Black on Black Love is at 1000 E. 87th Street. I do believe that's the home of radio station WVON-AM.
The sum of $200,000, of so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Black on Black Love for costs associated with the acquisition and renovation of a new facility.
Now the next question is where else might this foundation move?
