A return "flight" long overdue

Via I Hate My Developer who notes that, "Apparently Black people moving into your neighborhood isn't as harmful as once believed." She links to a Tribune article about a group of south side elementary school alumni visits their old south side neighborhood. They check out the neighborhood years after their families, in a fit of "white flight", left the neighborhood after a campaign of unscrupulous real estate agents, racial stereotypes and fear caused them to sell their homes and leave the neighborhood.
