What the Tribune's Zoning Series Missed
An interesting post from Hyde Park Progress discussing the discrepancy of discussing the situation of zoning on the north side vs. the south side. Author Chicago Pop also takes aim at the 3rd Ward, especially at Ald. Pat Dowell who they way will seek to protect the old buildings in her ward instead of allowing for demolition and development. The main idea from The Progress is that the Tribune didn't offer an authoritative diagnosis of this problem.
