Black power, Chicago style
Clout Street talks about how blacks turned out heavily for President-elect Barack Obama. The 6th percentage was 99.27% of the vote. I saw the results over at the Board of Elections website. McCain didn't have a chance in any of the precincts. McCain never got more than 8 votes and in many precincts there were ZERO votes for him.
