Roundy's to open grocery store in Bronzeville

Tribune:
Developers of the mixed-use Bronzeville project to be known as The Metropolis said Tuesday that closely held Milwaukee grocery chain Roundy's Supermarkets Inc. has agreed to a long-term lease covering a planned 60,000-square-foot grocery store.

The supermarket is set to open in the fall of 2010, according to investor Capri Capital partners LLC.
...
Metropolis, which Capri described Tuesday at a $50 million, 123,000-square-foot commercial/retail development located at the intersection of South State Street and Pershing road in Chicago, is being developed by Chicago-based Prime Group Inc.
