Ald. Willie Cochran (20th Ward)


The 20th Ward borders the 6th Ward on the north and Willie Cochran talks about the possible impact of the 2016 Olympic Games on not only his ward, but also the city and the state. He calls it a "global impact". He also talks about construction and youth sports. He and 11 Ward Alderman are planning to build track & field clubs to produce future Olympians.
