2nd City Cop: CPDK

2nd City Cop has a pair of pics of graffiti located at 76th & Exchange does the initials represent Chicago Police Dept. Killa or Corrupt Police Dept. Killer. Meanwhile 2nd City Cop longs for the old days with such percieved bragging. I would ask why 2nd City Cop misses the old days, but then I don't think I need to ask.

    CPDK WAS STARTED IN MARCH O3 IN CA IVE HAD IT TATTED ON MY FORARM EVER SINCE AN THE ORIGNAL DEF. IS CONCORD POLICE DEPT KILA AFTER THEY SHOT AN KILLD MY BEST FRIEND WHO WAS UNARMED . CPDK TILL THEY BURY ME
