Do you agree with this statement?

Written in a renewed call for a new Whitney Young Library Branch designed similarly to the Bucktown/Wicker Park Branch at the CAPCC blog:
At 15,500 square feet, the two-story full-service Bucktown-Wicker Park-style design for a new Whitney Young Branch will expand and enhance library services in a thriving residential, school and business community, which is exactly what Chatham is today. And so should our new library branch be "Olympic"-ready as well.
So do you agree that Chatham is a thriving residential, school, and business community? Why or why not?
