Curbed Chicago. What you see is the approximate location of the 6th Ward. It seems the only neighborhood to gain population that last two years was Roseland heights. At that it was only a little over 1% gain. Other census tracts in our community either had less than 10% or greater population change or between less that -5% to -9.9% population change.
