To which Worlee Glover caught on to this early and it's expected that state Rep. Elgie Sims may fill Sen. Trotter's shoes in our state Senate. Now the question is who will fill Sims' shoes for the 34th state representative district?
Trotter has served as state Senator since 1993. Sims have been a state Representative since 2012.
