First is a flyer for Kari K. Steele who is again running for Water Reclamation District. She ran first in the 2010 Democratic Primary and didn't make it into the general election. A representative was at the meeting collecting petition signatures for her.

BTW, also 34th District State Senator Donne E. Trotter has a representative collection petition signatures just before the Roseland Heights meeting commenced. This representive had this letter with him to hand out for voters.
As a side note, this morning a representative for Harold "Noonie" Ward was collecting petition signatures. Ward is seeking election to the Water Reclamation District as well. He ran against 9th Ward Ald. Anthony Beale earlier this year but Ald. Beal was able to maintain his seat on the city council.
